Stacking the Shelves #139

Stacking the Shelves button

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews that lets us share what we've added to our shelves.

I went on vacation and came back to some excellent bookmail~ I was very lucky to have won a copy of the Tesco Exclusive Hidden Cover of Caraval from @acraveforbooks on Twitter, thank you! Also many thanks to HBGCanada for Strange the Dreamer and Defy the Stars!!

Ripple's vacation haul!

Then I got some more goodies from Raincoast Books which I've been dying to read! Thank you so much <3

Pickles's lucky haul~

What did you add to your shelves this week?

  1. I also got Strange the Dreamer this week! I've heard really great things about Defy the Stars and Caraval too, but I need to cull my TBR before I'm allowing myself to get any new books haha

  5. Ooh nice!!! I was lucky to have made a trade for the Tesco Caraval! Lol. Really got into collecting them, though I missed the Goldsboro edition, but I figure I don't need to go that far! Lol. I can't even put them where I want to since I had to move bookcases out of my spare room. Sigh...

Hope you enjoy all the lovely new reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

    1. Nice! The Goldsboro edition sold out fast, competition was fierce lol. More space for other books I guess! I hope the moving around works out.

  7. I loved Defy the Stars! I really want to read Strange the Dreamer and I adore the cover. Believe it or not I paid FULL PRICE for an ebook this last week. My pal Annemieke wanted to do a buddy read of Terry Pratchett's Wintersmith and I love his character Tiffany Aching, so I went for it. Ha ha. Hug RIPPLE and PICKLES for me. <3

  9. Those all look great, though I'm not a fan of Laini Taylor. Not sure what's wrong with me since everyone loves her books. Hope you had a great vacation.
