I picked the one death that immediately popped into my head after I read the topic. Honestly, this was the only one I could come up with.
Mega spoilers if you haven't read City of Heavenly Fire, the last book in The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. Highlight at your own risk! I pick Sebastian aka Jonathan. I'm pretty sure this was THE death everyone looked forward to. I know I was looking forward to seeing how it would all play out. It was more than satisfying if not a little sad :(
What was your favourite character death and thanks for visiting! Please just comment with the book name so other people don't get spoiled.

ReplyDeleteI feel like I'm the only human on earth who hasn't read TMI and TID by Cassandra Clare. I probably should read them sometime soon!
YES I highly recommend reading any Cassandra Clare books! Start with TID, I think you just might love it :D
DeleteI love that this doesn't have any spoilers because I haven't finished this series yet so thanks for that!!
ReplyDeleteNo problem!! I hate it when I get spoiled :( Makes me so madddd.
DeleteYes! That death was what I waited for in that series. I do wish that character could have figured their stuff out before death was so necessary.

I know what you mean. It kind of felt like it wasn't enough :( Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI haven't read this series myself, couldn't get into the first book so I have no idea who that guy is! LOL! I've seen a lot of bad guys where I just wanted dead and have been kinda happy with all of them! Now when it's our heroes, I am not so happy!

Ya villain deaths don't upset me as nearly much as the random or hero deaths :(

DeleteI haven't started the second set of books in the Shadowhunters series, so now I'm really curious who dies.
ReplyDeleteI hope you start soon so you can find out for yourself ;)
DeleteI did't read the death as I'd like to read this series and not spoil it for myself.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and definitely do check the series out!
DeleteI haven't had the motivation to go further than the first book of TMI so I took a quick peek at the spoiler. I sure do live dangerously. Honestly, I don't fully remember who that character is which speaks volumes about my memory because I read book one not too long ago. :s
ReplyDeleteWoopsie, accidentally let out something that MIGHT be spoilery in my previous comment. Gah, Naban.
No worries, you saved it by deleting it! You need to read on! Then you'll understand ;)
