Stacking the Shelves #106

Stacking the Shelves button

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews that lets us share what we've added to our shelves.

In the excitement from meeting Victoria Schwab a couple weeks ago, I completely forgot to haul This Savage Song. I had to get both editions since I love the book! Did you guys hear the film rights have been picked up by Sony Pictures? YAY!

I also won Gena/Finn from Nichole @ Ya Reads. Thank you! This book took quite a trip before it finally reached me lol...

  4. Did you see the UK cover of Nevernight? I like it a lot better. I got the second book of a British Dystopian from the author with a cute little wooden box covered in pages from the book, and two ebooks: A Hat Full Of Sky (the next Discworld book I am reading) and THE CURSED CHILD! I am reading it right now! I fell asleep in my chair at about 10:30 last night while waiting for it to pop up on my Kindle at midnight. Ha ha. I am getting old. XD RIPPLE! PICKLES!

    1. I did and I like it too! It has more of an ominous feel, less murder-y than this US one haha...

How are you liking Cursed Child? So far I'm hearing both good and bad things about it. I haven't decided if I should read it right away or not :)

    2. I really liked The Cursed Child. You have to take it for what it is: A play written by two guys who are not JKR. There is some cheesiness, but it is for adding visual effects to the stage presentation. To me the good outweighed the not so great. I am happy I read it.

  5. Your models look fabulous this week! I think I'll have another two years before I'm able to convince the man to get a kitty.
