4. The Malediction Trilogy by Danielle L. Jensen
I really had a hard time choosing so I decided to include some as series :P I didn't go with the past 3 years though because I just had to include Harry Potter!
2. The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare
3. The Infernal Devices trilogy by Cassandra Clare
3. The Infernal Devices trilogy by Cassandra Clare
5. His Fair Assassin trilogy by Robin LaFevers
6. Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas
7. The Bone Season series by Samantha Shannon
8. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
9. Pivot Point duology by Kasie West
10. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
What are your top ten all time favourite reads?
Throne of Glass! YES. If I'd had an honorable mentions section, ToG would've been there. HP isn't on my list, but that's because I haven't had a reread in so long. I need to do that soon. Great choices!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT!
Throne of Glass is a popular choice today and with good reasons :D I love rereading HP!
DeleteOkay, fabulous list! I have read almost every book on your list and I couldn't agree more. I am so glad that I didn't participate in this because I would have had such a hard time picking! So many great books have been out over the past three years is it ridiculous, in the best way possible. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt was definitely hard to pick only ten! I've added way more favourites since I wrote up this post haha ;)
DeleteWow! what a great list! I still need to read to read Stolen Songbird and Grave Mercy. I loved the others as well. TMI is my favorite series!
ReplyDeleteYAYYY!! Definitely read Stolen Songbird soon! The sequel, Hidden Huntress, comes out in June! Hope that helps push SS up your TBR ;D
DeleteI'm going to buy Stolen Songbird. I've almost bought it so many times, I should just do it. I totally should have assed The Infernal Devices series to my list, but I think I mentally included it with the rest of Cassandra Clare's books that started releasing more than 5 years ago. The only reason Harry Potter isn't on my list is because I read it about 15 years ago! I NEED go read The Bone Season! Great list!

Lol I kind of disregarded the 'since 3 years' ago part. HP had to be in there because it started my booklover career ;) Do let me know what you think of SS!!
DeleteI've been wanting to read Stolen Songbird for a loooooong time, the synopsis sounds amazing and everyone has so many good reviews for it! And Throne of Glass is amazing! The Bone Seasons was pretty good, but I'm not going crazy over it though. Great choices :)
ReplyDeleteAsma @ IceyBooks
Have you read The Mime Order yet? It's super amazing but you do have to bear through a slow start (according to the majority). I promise you it's worth it though!!!
Delete*chants read Stolen Songbird*
Great picks! I also loved Fangirl and I really need to read Pivot Point!!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
The Pivot Point duology is excellent! Kasie West is amazing! You must read ALL of her books haha ;)
DeleteI read HP too long ago to make my list, but it would have been. I didn't include 2015 books on mine, if I had, Pivot Point probably would have made the list. I just read, and loved it a week or so ago. Here's my Top 10 of past 3 Years post.
ReplyDeleteI took out the 3 years part to include HP ;) It just had to be in there for me!! You should read Split Second now because it's SO good!
DeleteHoly crackers? All time favourites and only ten?? I don't think I could choose!! O_o
ReplyDeleteBut yours is an amazing list and I love all of those books!!
Trust me it was difficult! I had way more than ten and it pained me to take them out :(
DeleteNice! Yay for Harry Potter!! And I SO need to read Stolen Songbird! It's gotta happen soon too! Just a few more review books and I'm on it!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
YES! Can't wait to hear what you think!!
DeleteI've read all but two of the books on your list and they're all great!! I loved The Infernal Devices series so much! And Kasie West, Rainbow Rowell, and Sarah J. Maas are a few of my favorite authors. I would have put HP on my list because it is my ALL TIME FAVORITE but I read it longer than 3 years ago. Great list!
ReplyDeleteI just had to have HP in there so I didn't really do 3 years ago haha. I just love all the Shadowhunter books ;)
DeleteFa girl and Harry Potter were both amazing!! Fan girl was so relatable, I just love it!
ReplyDeleteTotally agreed! Everyone needs to read Fangirl!
DeleteCatching Fire was hands down my favorite book in the Hunger Games series. It was absolutely amazing and some of the events had me awestruck. None of my predictions were right with that book and I loved it!
ReplyDeleteSAME HERE! It's hands down the best sequel I've read :D
DeleteThrone of Glass was on my list too! I absolutely loved it! And Grave Mercy was pretty good. I would have had the Harry Potter series on my list, but I read it FOUR years ago, not three! Old follower!
ReplyDeleteHaha I reread the last HP book fairly recently but I just had to include the series!
DeleteOoh, Pivot Point! I just read that one last week. :) I really liked it. I still need to read Fangirl. And Throne of Glass. And all the others except Catching Fire. :) Which I liked.
ReplyDeleteSome of my picks were The DUFF, Aristotle and Dante Discover The Secrets of The Universe and All The Bright Places.
The DUFF is a great choice! Have you seen the movie? It's different but still really good :D
DeleteI've read some of these and have some listed TBR.
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll enjoy them :)
DeleteI loved Rainbow Rowell's 'eleanor and park' more than fangirl. Hunger games = one of the best! Also love the uglies (series).
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately Eleanor and Park wasn't for me. I'm glad you loved it though! I've been meaning to try the Uglies series! Hopefully soon :)
DeleteI only read Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Fangirl. :) Great picks!
ReplyDeleteDanna @ A Reading Habit
And they're all wonderful!! Thanks!
Delete<3 Harry Potter. I need to buy the set of books.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy! They're all so pretty these days :)
DeleteI would have broken the rules for Harry Potter, too! I still have to read the ToG books. I have the novella compilation and the first book ready to go, but finding time to read them is difficult. Two of my top books would actually be Adult Fiction: Queen of rhe Tearling and The Medium. I loved, loved, loved Orleans by Sherri L. Smith, Of Breakable Things by A. Lynden Rolland, Gates of Thread and Stone by Lori M. Lee, The Raven Boys, The Splintered series, and The Tin Star duology.
ReplyDeleteHehe <3 Queen of the Tearling is on my radar! I first heard about it from the ladies at The Midnight Garden and then Pili said she loved it too! Need to get myself a copy soon. I'm a little sad I haven't read any of the books you named. I do own a couple like The Raven Boys and The Splintered series. Time to get reading eh ;)
DeleteSo many lovelies on your list! <3 I liked The Bone Season but I didn't love it. I am still excited to read The Mime Order.
ReplyDeleteAww I hope The Mime Order brings it up for you! I LOVED it :)
DeleteI love this so much!! Throne of Glass, Grave Mercy, TMI, Catching Fire was my favorite too. :) I really want to read Pivot Point, it sounds amazing! Nice picks.
ReplyDeleteThank you Rachel! The Pivot Point duology is SO good. Hope you try it soon!!
DeleteAHHH. I love this list so much. YAY for including Stolen Songbird!!
ReplyDeleteHehee I'm so glad you love it!! I love all these books so much :D
DeleteAwesome list. Harry Potter is always great! city of Bones was good and Grave Mercy was okay but I feel it could have been better. Catching Fire and Fangirl was also fun reads. I haven't read the rest but the are all on my to-read list and/or shelves.
ReplyDeleteHere’s My TTT
I really hope you'll enjoy the Pivot Point duology! It's so swoony ;)
