TTT #23: Goals and Resolutions for 2015

Top Ten Tuesday button

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme brought to you by The Broke and the Bookish where people share their top ten things according to the topic of that week.

I'm not very good at making goals and resolutions but here's my attempt. I have a few personal ones mixed with blogging, book-related ones :D

I want to:
1. Make more bookish friends.
2. Use my cellphone less when I'm out.
3. Procrastinate less and write my reviews on a timely basis.
4. Exercise and stay fit.
5. Buy a second bookshelf. Might be very soon ;)

6. Cook more. Or rather learn to cook more different dishes.
7. Be more active on social medias like Twitter.
8. Convince my sisters to read. Good luck to me~
9. Schedule posts at least two weeks ahead.
10. Play with Ripple more!

Ripple wants to play
"Do you want to build a snowman?"

What are your some of your goals/resolutions for 2015?

  3. procrastinate less and write reviews <- definitely what I also need to keep in mind.. sometimes when I open my laptop, I tell myself: I'll go write my review for this book.. but I'll check my email first, or goodreads, or someone's blog.. next thing I know it's soo late I have to shutdown my laptop.. lol..
Good luck with your goals! :D

  4. Aw, your cat is SO cute. I really want one...I used to when I was younger, but I have a dog now. lol

I really need to write reviews quicker as well, and schedule in advance! I'm on a bit of a break right now from school and all that, but once it starts up, blogging will be more difficult.

As for making new blog friends, hello! :) If you comment on my blog, I always come back and comment on your blog so keep in touch!

  6. Great goals!
#1 is on my list too, I met with some great people through blogging but I wish I could be a little more open.
I always promise myself that I'll finally start exercising and don't be such a lazy ass but I fail myself every single time.
    Wish you good luck!

  8. OMG your picture with caption is TOO CUTE!!!! Totally see him asking you that!

Nice set of resolutions too! I wish I could buy another bookcase, but sadly I have run out of room in my room. Not sure I could stash it anywhere else in the house either. This is why I need my own place. But I need a better paying job first...it's an endless cycle it seems! LOL!

    Good Luck with your resolutions!

    Here's my Tuesday Post

  10. Good luck with your resolutions, Eileen! I want to expand my reach this year, too (which means making a Twitter for me), exercise, and review more efficiently. My reviews take hours to write, because a lot of times I forget what I was going to say and just sit and stare blankly at my computer. Which wastes time. But anyways, happy new year, and I'm sure you'll achieve your goals (yay for another bookshelf)! :D

    1. Thanks Claire! Like you, I sit and stare at my computer screen a lot. I hate myself afterwards for not being more productive so I'm definitely hoping to change that :)
