Feature & Follow #40: Books, Ripple and Me!

So how did I come up with my blog name~ I thought about using bookworm many times but then a lot of blogs already use it so I wanted to be more original. I love my cat, Ripple very much so I thought, why not be a bookcat? I don't know what a bookcat is but at least I'll be the only one right? ;) To add a bit of a personal touch, I added Pin because it's my nickname. So it's like books, Ripple and me which makes up BookCatPin!

    I love how you got your blog name, very cute! I guess mine was more of a real life thing, I might be a bit obsessed with books and sometimes do feel guilty for buying more when I already have way more than I can ever read!

    I think the way you came up with blog name is neat, and the fact that you added your cat in there too is awesome. I love cats, Ripple is so cute!!! Right now I've got 2 three week old kittens that I am hand raising because their mommy got really sick after they were born and the vet couldn't help her. But anyways, New GFC follower!

    I always wondered about the Pin portion of your blog name. And now I know! And obviously Ripple is the cutest.
    I didn't do a FFF this week but it's been great learning about everyone's names.

    Haha, I'd been so curious about this. I'm glad you wrote about your reasoning! (I'd wondered if you were playing on the word "captain" but make it about books and cats!) This makes a lot of sense. And your cat is adorrrabbbllle. So glad I get to follow him on Instagram! :)

      Aww thank you so much Layla! Ripple is so grateful for all your love :D Both your cats are super cute too~ I may have stared at a few of your Instagram pictures going 'aww' ;)

      People have actually mistaken my blog name to be Book Captain and now that you mention it, I can see why! I guess the Pin is definitely confusing if I don't explain it haha.
