Stacking the Shelves #68

Stacking the Shelves button

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews that lets us share what we've added to our shelves.

A few months ago I made a bet with a very good friend. I ended up winning the first half of that bet so lucky me got two surprise books off my wishlist (Hurray for hardcovers)~ The bet is still ongoing so hopefully I'll get more books XP

Ripple with Mara Dyer and Froi of the Exiles
The Evolution of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin
Froi of the Exiles by Melina Marchetta

I won this one from Kate @ Ex Libris. Thank you!

Ripple and Dream Things True
Dream Things True by Marie Marquardt

S&S Canada very kindly sent this finished copy to me for review when they ran out of ARCs. Thank you! It looks really fun, I'm really excited to start it :D

  1. It seems like Ripple is behaving himself and guarding the books for you. I hope you love all your new books.

  6. I want all of the Mara Dyer books in Hardcover, too! It was nice of the publishers of Madly to send you as finished copy. I am trying to think what I got. I know they were all ebooks. The only one I can remember right now is Coraline. It was a $1.99 special a couple of days ago. Hugs for Ripple. :)

  7. Woot! Great haul and adorable cat. He's just patiently sitting/posing while you snapped away. As much as I want hard covers, they're a lot more expensive. I could get 2 paperbacks for the price of 1 HB. It sucks to be "poor".

    1. Thank you! I have to lure him with treats sometimes but he's generally pretty good about it ;) I know what you mean! I love hardcovers but they're just so pricy :S

  11. Such pretty books! And Ripple totally looks all smug and tough on the first photo, just as if he were saying "Pay up, losers!" ;)
